Findland’s SuperPark is set to debut in Malaysia next month. The indoor theme park, dubbed an “all-in-one indoor activity park”, will open in the first week of December at the Avenue K shopping centre in Kuala Lumpur.
Following SuperPark Hong Kong and SuperPark Singapore, the venue in KL will offer over 20 activities. Exclusive to Malaysia is the 232.25sq m skate rink made from 100% recyclable and non-toxic synthetic ice.
SuperPark global chief executive officer Juha Tanskanen said the goal is to share the joy of movement and play with people of all ages and fitness levels.
“To do this, we’ve created the friendliest activity park in the world, a place of health and happiness where everyone is welcomed like an old friend,” he said.
SuperPark Asia chief executive officer Mark Kumarasinhe said the park is purpose-built to allow everyone to join in the fun and be active.
“What is great about the ‘Superparking’ lifestyle is that everyone can join in and have quality bonding time through light or extreme sports activities,” he said.
Activities are based at three themed areas: Adventure Area, Game Arena and Freestyle Hall.
The Adventure Area offers exciting play activities – interactive parkour game, zip wires and slides – for both children and parents. Game Arena is where youngsters can swing for the stands in the Baseball nets, hone their jump shot at Street Basketball, or compete with RoboKeeper.
At the Freestyle Hall, teenagers can challenge themselves with SuperClimb (tailor made fun climbing concept) and the new Ninja Track (warrior obstacle course).
Six party rooms will also be available for group, birthday or corporate activities. For more information, visit superpark.com.my.
